About the night session

The Sweet Dreams Tonight session is designed for people who are struggling to fall asleep or who wake during the night and cannot return to sleep.

Each night session is held online, one-to-one and in real time.

The process supports the natural return of sleep without recordings, programmes or automated systems.

Sessions are available across major metropolitan areas and can be accessed wherever you are.

The goal is simple: to support sleep and ease the pressure of being awake at night.
